AT YOUR OWN RISK

Over the years, SPAMmers have been toting the idea that they do not wish to send SPAM/UCE/UBE's to those that do not wish to receive. However, it has been my observation that there is absolutely no truth in this. SPAMmers, who call themselves "bulk emailers" have a very miss-given idea that SPAMming is a matter of freedom of "speach" and fill they have every right to force themselves upon whomever they please, even when you say no. It is on the same order as "date rape".

The list "Global Remove Services" you may have noted, I have compiled is not one that is at random due to research. The fact is ALL Kelly Freehold email addresses have been submitted to each and every one of them with the exception of the ones that are paid for services. I will not submit my company or myself to extortion, paying the SPAMmers not to send their unwanted propaganda, nor would I expect the same of you. In fact, I believe the people that use the internet should never stoop to paying extortion fees or protection fees to anyone not be be raped by these lying thieves who steal bandwidth from ISP's of whom they are not doing business with and you the end users.

Over the years these list have came and gone. Many due to the abuse of their so called "Global Remove Service" in which I have documented over time that even they do not honor. I have also noted that the same so called Company will use another domain and send their SPAM/UCE/UBE's from them, SPAMming their prior "Global Remove List" preying upon the lack of knowledge of the internet users while all the time claiming they honor your rights not to be SPAMmed.

In addition to all these "Global Remove Services", I have also returned replies in accordance with the SPAMmers advertised "remove instruction" in the past twenty-One (21) month to over One-Thousand Two-Hundred Seventy-Seven (1277) different email addresses! Many of which due to a little research I have found to be the same SPAMmer using a different "company name" or not even bothering to change the name. These remove instruction are used for two different purposes. 1. To make you feel like they care, and not complain. 2. To verify the email address is good, to sell, or continue to SPAM.

Here is my advise should you decide to subscribe to any so called "Remove List": document it, document it, document it.

1) When you send a remove request, make sure you have left any identifying information in the body of the message such as webpage, phone number, names used, and email address.

2) Add your own email address to the BCC so you send a copy of the remove request back to yourself for your own files.

3) Research the SPAMmers domain, addresses, and additional company names and domains, along with any information regarding the SPAMmer and associates. ( Example )

4) When you receive any SPAM/UCE/UBE, search your database, to see if the SPAMmer is in violation of an advertised "remove method" you have already subscribed to.

5) If you find the SPAMmer is the same, file a complaint regarding false advertising to:

alert@ctct.com *
uce@ftc.gov
And the SPAMmers Internet Providers (i.e. spammer@theirupline.com)

Along with a copy of the SPAM/UCE/UBE with full headers attaching a copy of your prior remove request in accordance with their advertised means of removal.

6) Report the SPAMmers abuse to your ISP. If the SPAMmers abuse continues they may wish to block their SPAM/UCE/UBE's at the routers as a service to their users.

Do not be surprised if the SPAMmer continues to send you their SPAM/UCE/UBE's. It is my experience that they do and will. However, the information can and will be used by the SPAMmers ISP and BackBone provider to prove reasonable cause to relinquish the SPAMmer account, and can be used in a court of law as evidence of justification if need be. As a result, you have also proven that SPAMmers are liers, thieves, and swindlers to be treated, and dealt with with as such.

Best of luck,

Duane K. Kelly

* I have been advised by the owner of CTCT.COM that due to the insistence of SPAMmer using this domain as a claimed source of removes when in fact they never filtered their SPAM/UCElist through CTCT's remove list has caused them to loose their account. Therefore, the email address is not active until they are able to locate a new ISP. This is just one more piece of proof that SPAMmers have no intentions of honoring ANY remove list, and that their claim of not wanting to sent their SPAM/UCE/UBE/s to those that do not wish to receive them is nothing more than a total lie.
